VigilantK9 Training Services offers the people and pets of Albuquerque and surrounding areas a new method of training. We are a fully certified business, and also regularly consult with local veterinarians to make sure that our methods and nutritional and medical advice are 100% up-to-date and correct. I take your pet’s health and well being as seriously as humanly possible!
Owning a pet is an amazing and rewarding experience, but also a responsibility -- not a luxury. Training your pet properly will lead you to a greater understanding of the animal, and I firmly believe in the owner-pet relationship being one of mutual understanding and respect. I immerse you fully in the training process, and with this holistic approach, I find that owners end up learning as much, if not more, than their pets. Basic On Lead Obedience

1 Hour Session: 50 minutes of training & about 10 minutes of Q&As

6 Week Course: You will have 3 commands to train each week

Basic on-Leash Obedience: This is on-leash to assist the dog in understanding training & keeping their attention

Home Manners: Relax in home, stay out of Kitchen, off furniture

Confidence Building: Addressing anxiety, fear, the unknown & how to work through what the dog is displaying

Intermediate Group Obedience
Teach yourself how to handle your dog in situations like reactive dogs, friendly dogs, people & the world around you!

Service Dog Training
Proper training is an essential part of being a good and responsible Service Dog Owner. As a professional Dog Trainer in the Albuquerque area, I’ve worked with all sorts of different service dogs and their handlers. All my service dog programs are designed to give your service dog the ability for individual attention and care they need to offer the handler.
NOTE: A Service Dog is NOT a dog that all need because you feel you need to take your dog places. A Service Dog MEANS this animal is here to assist the handler with their needs.
